Orthopedic Massage is a therapeutic massage that focuses on alleviating pain and injury rehabilitation. This pain could be caused by injury, post-surgery, overuse strain due to repetitive movement, and poor posture. Orthopedic Massage is highly beneficial to maintain good soft tissue health and injury prevention.
Techniques used for Orthopedic Massage:
Myofascial release ( allowing to go deep in layers of tissue/deep tissue), Positional release, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, Craniosacral Therapy, Scar tissue Massage, cupping and many other modalities.
What conditions can be alleviated with Orthopedic Massage?
Chronic sore neck , tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, sciatica from tight piriformis, nerve impingment, tennis/golfer’s elbow, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, chronic back pain, hip pain from hip flexors tightness , any muscle tension and limited range of motion, Scar tissue from injury or post surgery.

What does Myofascia Release Therapy do for you?
It reduces pain by releasing area of fascia restrictions that causes pain, decreases muscle stiffness, increases range of motion, helps muscles recover from injuries.
